10 lasagna noodles
10 oz. fresh baby spinach (frozen works too)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 medium onion (diced)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup Parmesan
2 cups mozzarella (divided)
1 cup ricotta
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped basil
24 oz. jar Marinara sauce
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse them well with cold water and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • In a large skillet, sauté the onion with olive oil on medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for one more minute.
  • Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly until wilted. Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and transfer into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Parmesan, 1 cup of the mozzarella, the ricotta, egg, and chopped herbs to the spinach. Mix everything well.
  • Spread 2 cups of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Set aside.
  • To assemble the rolls, lay a lasagna noodle on a flat surface. Then spread a large spoonful of the spinach mixture evenly over each noodle. Gently roll up the noodles and place them seam side down on the baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

8 uncooked lasagna noodles
1/2 lb lean ground turkey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (26 oz) tomato pasta sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed, if desired
1 cup part-skim ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded carrot (1 small)
1 box (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
2 egg whites or 1 egg
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook ground turkey and garlic over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink; drain, if necessary. Stir in pasta sauce, Italian seasoning and fennel. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, carrot, spinach and egg whites. Spread each cooked lasagna noodle with generous 1/4 cup spinach filling to within 1 inch of one short end. Roll up firmly toward unfilled end.
  • Reserve 1 1/2 cups sauce. In ungreased 12x8-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish, pour remaining sauce. Arrange roll-ups, seam side down, in sauce. Pour reserved sauce over roll-ups.
  • Cover tightly with foil; bake 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; bake uncovered 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 large egg, lightly beaten
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the spinach, mozzarella, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and egg. Spread a heaping 1/3 cupful over each noodle. Roll up; place seam side down in a 9-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight. , Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. 2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Italian Herb Seasoning
1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon Spice Islands® Fine Grind Black Pepper
2 cans (4 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
4 ounces no boil lasagna noodles (8 noodles)
1 jar (26 ounces) prepared spaghetti sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine spinach, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, Italian herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Stir in mushrooms. Set aside. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Line with a single layer of lasagna noodles. Top with half of spinach/cheese mixture. Pour half of spaghetti sauce over all. Repeat. 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package (20 oz) ground turkey
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic Italian herb pasta sauce
2 boxes (9 oz each) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1 cup shredded carrot, if desired
1 container (15 oz) whole milk ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic Italian herb pasta sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
1/2 cup julienne-cut fresh basil leaves

Steps:

  • In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook lasagna noodles as directed on package. Drain; rinse with hot water. Drain well.
  • Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey, garlic and Italian seasoning; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in 1 jar pasta sauce; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to medium bowl; cool 10 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, mix spinach, carrot, ricotta cheese and eggs.
  • Spread slightly less than 1/4 cup ricotta mixture evenly along center of each cooked lasagna noodle. Spread 1/4 cup turkey mixture over ricotta mixture, to within 1 inch of one short end. Roll up firmly toward unfilled end. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Place roll-ups seam side down in pan; cover loosely with foil. Freeze about 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Place frozen rolls in two labeled 1-gallon airtight freezer bags. Freeze up to 3 months.
  • To bake 16 lasagna roll-ups, spray two 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dishes with cooking spray. Remove roll-ups from freezer bag; place 8 in each baking dish. Cover with foil; thaw in refrigerator at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Divide remaining jar of pasta sauce between baking dishes, pouring over and down sides of roll-ups. Cover tightly with foil; bake 40 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil; sprinkle each dish with 1 cup mozzarella cheese; bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Top with basil.

1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna in boiling water until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain and lay noodles flat onto a flat surface.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Transfer garlic to a large bowl; add spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and salt. Stir mixture until evenly combined.
  • Spread a heaping 1/4 cup of spinach mixture into the middle of each lasagna noodle. Roll noodle firmly around the filling. Arrange rolled noodles into a baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over the rolls. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

6 slices bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add lasagna pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.

1/2 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (15 ounce) can spinach, well drained and chopped (or you can use frozen)

1 egg
1 teaspoon sugar
pepper
6 cooked lasagna noodles
16 ounces tomato sauce
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees F.
