Chocolate Marshmallow Dip Crock Pot Recipes

CHOCOLATE MARSHMALLOW DIP (CROCK POT)

Steps:

• In 2 quart slow cooker, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips and baking chocolate.
• Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, then stir.
• Continue to cook another 1-2 hours, as necessary to melt chocolate and the mixture is a smooth consistency.
• Stir in marshmallow creme and blend.
• Serve immediately with your choice of dippers.

CHOCOLATE-MARSHMALLOW DIP

Steps:

• Stir marshmallow creme until smooth. Just before serving, layer marshmallow creme and pudding in small bowl. Swirl through layers, using tip of knife. Serve dip with cookies, fruits and pretzels.

SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Steps:

• Special equipment: a 6-quart slow cooker
• Heat a 6-quart slow cooker with insert on high until hot.
• Combine the chocolate, cream, milk, vanilla and salt in the hot insert. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, then whisk the ingredients together and set on low. Add the bourbon or liqueur if using.
• Serve with fruit, marshmallows or pound cake.

DIY CHOCOLATE DIP WITH MARSHMALLOWS AND FRUIT

Steps:

• Fill a medium saucepot with 1 inch of water and place over medium-low heat to bring the water to a simmer. Place the bittersweet and Mexican chocolate in a bowl that will fit over the top of the saucepot without touching the water. Melt the chocolate over the water, stirring occasionally, until smooth.
• Place the cream and salt in a saucepot over medium-high heat and bring to a bare simmer. Slowly whisk the warm cream, 1/2 cup at a time, into the chocolate until the dip has the consistency of chocolate sauce. Transfer to a serving bowl or fondue pot and cover to keep warm until ready to use. Serve with the marshmallows, sprinkles, nuts and fruit.

SLOW-COOKER S'MORES DIP

Steps:

• Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chocolate chips and marshmallows in slow cooker.
• In small bowl, mix heavy cream and vanilla. Pour into slow cooker, and stir together.
• Cover and cook on Low heat setting 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring halfway through.
• Serve with choice of dippers.

EASY CHOCOLATE DIPPED MARSHMALLOWS

Steps:

• Melt chocolate one of two ways (see below).
• Dip half of each marshmallow in the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
• Then sprinkle with your desired toppings.
• Serve immediately or chill until firm, about 20 minutes.

• Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler or a heat proof bowl set over (not in) a saucepan of simmering water. Cook, stirring occasionally until melted, 2-3 minutes.

• Place chocolate chopped up in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 sec intervals stirring between each, until melted.

MARSHMALLOWS DIPPED IN CHOCOLATE

Steps:

• Heat the chocolate in separate bowls over simmering water or on a low setting in the microwave. Allow to cool a little.
• Put your chosen sprinkles on separate plates. Push a cake pop or lolly stick into a marshmallow about half way in. Dip into the white or milk chocolate, allow the excess to drip off then dip into the sprinkles of your choice. Put into a tall glass to set. Repeat with each marshmallow.
