PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Steps:

• Whisk together the cream and sugar in a medium saucepan over low heat. When the cream is hot but not boiling, add the peanut butter and gently whisk until combined and smooth. Take off the heat. Whisk in the chocolate chips just until melted.
• Serve immediately with your desired dippers, such as pretzel rods, bananas, strawberries, dark chocolate or marshmallows. If the fondue breaks, try whisking in a couple of tablespoons of cold heavy cream at a time.

PEANUT BUTTER FONDUE

Steps:

• Stir brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is combined, about 5 minutes.
• Add peanut butter, evaporated milk, and marshmallows; cook, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes more.
• Stir vanilla into peanut butter mixture, remove from heat, and transfer mixture to a fondue pot.

Steps:

• Heat brown sugar, half-and-half and honey to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
• Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour into fondue pot or individual serving bowls. Dip assorted cakes, candies and fruit into fondue.

• In a heavy saucepan, cook and stir the chocolate chips, sugar, milk and peanut butter over low heat until smooth. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with banana slices and strawberries.

• Melt peanut butter, butter, sugar, salt, and milk over low heat, stirring often, or in Crock-Pot Little Dipper or fondue pot.
• Stir until mixture is smooth and caramel colored, adding more milk as needed to reach a smooth dipping consistency.
• If desired, add chocolate sauce and stir well.
• Continue heating until warmed through.
• Serve plain peanut butter fondue with toast and jam sandwiches as dippers; chocolate-peanut butter fondue is perfect for a variety of fruits as well as ice-cream, cake cubes, etc.
• My sweetie and I eat the first half of this plain, with toast and jam, then add only 1/4 cup chocolate sauce to the remainder for our dessert.
• Make this vegan by using margarine, soy milk, and vegan chocolate!

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FONDUE

Steps:

• Combine chocolate, condensed milk, milk and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl; cover with plastic wrap.
• Heat on high power 3 minutes; stir.
• Cover and heat, stirring every 1 minute, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, about 3 minutes.
