Fresh salmon patties are cooked golden in an air fryer and paired with a zesty aioli dipping sauce for an easy dinner.

Steps:
- Mix mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and Cajun seasoning together in a small bowl and refrigerate dipping sauce until needed.
- Place salmon, chives, parsley, garlic, and salt in a medium bowl and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions; mold into patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cut lemon into 4 slices.
- Place lemon slices into the bottom of the air fryer basket and place salmon patties on top. Lightly spray patties with cooking spray.
- Place the basket into the preheated fryer and drop the temperature to to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
- Cook in the air fryer until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a patty reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with sauce.

AIR FRYER FROZEN SALMON BURGERS
This easy method for Air Fryer Frozen Salmon Burgers turns a frozen salmon patty into a high protein seafood burger you can serve for lunch or dinner on a bun or chopped up in a salad in 10 minutes or less. Great for any air fryer or Ninja Foodi!

- Preheat your air fryer to 375F. This will take about 3-5 minutes depending on the size and power of your air fryer. Don't skip this step!
- While the air fryer is preheating, remove the frozen salmon burgers from the package.
- Place the salmon burgers in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket and set the timer for 15 minutes. You may not need to use all of that cooking time.
- After about 7-8 minutes, flip over the salmon gently using a spatula. Air fry for another 5-8 minutes or until salmon burgers are crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Remove with a spatula and serve while hot.

I grew up on salmon patties but using fresh salmon and cooking in the air fryer makes all the difference in the world. If made as directed, you don't even need an egg to combine. Serve on toasted buns with fixings of choice, such as mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, or cheese.

Steps:
- Remove any skin and pin bones from salmon, then chop into 1/4-inch pieces. Transfer 1/4 of the salmon pieces to a food processor. Place remaining salmon in a large bowl.
- Add mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to the food processor. Pulse until a thick paste forms. Transfer mixture to the bowl with the remaining salmon. Mix in bread crumbs, scallions, and chili flakes until evenly combined.
- Form salmon mixture into 4 patties. Place on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
- Place burgers in the prepared basket and spray tops with nonstick spray. Cook for 8 minutes. Spray tops again and cook for 5 minutes more.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil.
- Mix salmon, panko, onion, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, lemon juice, egg, dill, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bow until well combined. Shape into 3 equal-sized patties.
- Place salmon patties into the basket and spray with avocado oil.
- Air fry until patties are golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Flip patties over, spray with avocado oil, and air fry an additional 4 to 7 minutes. Serve on buns spread with remaining mayonnaise.
