Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until thickened, and set aside.
- Place pork in a shallow roasting pan and cover with about half the cranberry mixture. Insert a meat thermometer. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce. Meat is done when thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Remove meat from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 340F.
- In small saucepan, stir together all ingredients except pork.
- Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened.
- Set aside.
- Place roast in shallow baking dish.
- Roast for 35 minutes.
- Spoon half of glaze over and continue roasting for 25 minutes longer, or until internal temperature is 155-160F.
- Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with remaining sauce.

- Cut roast in half and place in a 3-qt. slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over roast. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

CRANBERRY ROAST PORK
This dish has been one we have often made during the Christmas holidays. It is a family favorite. The recipe came from the Frugal Gourmet - Jeff Smith The only thing we changes is to double the amounts for the Cranberry sauce as we love having extra sauce on the side to serve over the roated pork.

- Rub the roast with salt and pepper, and place on a rack in a baking pan. Roast at 325 deg. for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until an inserted meat thermometer registers 175 deg.
- In the mean time, combine all the remaining ingredients in a stainless-steel saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Halfway through the roasting process, begin basting the roast every 15 minutes with the cranberry mixture. The remaining sauce can be served on the side with the thinly sliced pork.
- Serve along with Wild Rice with mushrooms and onions for a wonderful meal.

Steps:
- Mash cranberry sauce with a fork. Stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves.
- Place the pork roast in a large roasting pan. Pour cranberry sauce mixture over the roast.
- Cook at 275 F for 6 to 8 hours (until the meat is tender). Remove the roast and keep warm.
- Skim the fat from the liquid in the roasting pan. Pour 2 cups of the remaining roasting liquid (add water if necessary) into a small saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat. Blend cornstarch and cold water to make a paste. Gradually stir the cornstarch mixture into the boiling liquid. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add salt to taste and serve with the roast.

SLOW COOKER SAVORY CRANBERRY PORK BUTT ROAST
I found a pork loin recipe in an email from All Recipes and that was my inspiration for this. I really wanted a Crock Pot recipe using the Pork Butt roast which is a budget stretcher compared to loins. This version turned out moist and flavorful. The original version used apple jelly instead of the marmalade. Use the one you like best.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Quickly sear each side of the roast in the hot oil, about 1 minute each side.
- Place the roast in your slow cooker, fat side up.
- If using bouillon, crush the cubes.
- Combine the cranberry sauce, orange marmalade, mustard, soup base/bouillon, horseradish, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Spoon the sauce over the pork roast.
- Cover and cook on low 8 -10 hours.
