32 oz bag frozen Tater Tots
1 pound ground turkey sausage
6 large eggs
2 tablespoon heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Steps:

  • Spray slow cooker well with nonstick cooking spray
  • Add about 2/3 of the bag of tater tots in bottom of slow cooker crock
  • Whisk together eggs with cream, thyme, garlic powder, salt and pepper
  • Pour over tater tots in slow cooker
  • In a skillet over medium high heat, brown sausage while breaking apart with spatula until cooked through
  • Add cooked sausage on top of eggs and tater tots
  • Top it all off with remaining tater tots and 1 cup of cheese
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6

This delicious Slow Cooker Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole is an easy, comfort food dish that is perfect any day of the week. Loaded with eggs, sausage, cheese and tater tots, this simple breakfast casserole is served up straight from your slow cooker!

8 ounces breakfast sausage
6 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
4 ounces diced pimiento (drained)
¼ teaspoon ground mustard
¼ cup diced onion
8 ounces cheddar cheese (grated (can use sharp, mild, etc.))
28 ounces frozen mini tater tots (full sized can be used as well)
¼ cup sliced green onion (or chives)

Steps:

  • Spray a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
  • Crumble and brown breakfast sausage in a medium skillet until cooked through.
  • Whisk eggs in a medium bowl and add them to the slow cooker.
  • Add heavy cream, pimientos, ground mustard, onion, and half of cheese to slow cooker. Whisk to combine.
  • Add frozen tater tots and browned sausage to slow cooker. Stir to combine and evenly coat.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, rotating insert halfway through. Check to make sure eggs are set.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, cover with lid until cheese has melted.
  • Sprinkle with sliced green onions or chives.

32 oz frozen tater tots (thawed)
1/2 cup butter
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
8 oz tub sour cream
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
8 oz pkg shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)

Steps:

  • Spray your 6-quart crock pot with cooking spray and pour in your tater tots.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt your butter on the stove.
  • Add in your soup, sour cream, chopped onions and 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
  • Stir over heat until everything is well combined and the cheese is almost all melted.
  • Pour your mixture over your tater tots. Sprinkle on your remaining cheese.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.

6 oz Canadian bacon or ham (diced )
2 onions (chopped)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
12 eggs
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • In a greased 5-quart or larger slow cooker, layer 1/3 of the Tots, Canadian Bacon, Onions and cheeses. Repeat these layers twice ending with the layer of cheeses.
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients and pour over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on high 2 1/2 - 3 hours or low for 6-8 hours.

One 16-ounce bag frozen Tater Tots®
Butter, for the baking dish
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound spicy bulk breakfast sausage
1 medium onion, very finely diced
1 cup milk
1/2 cup half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
4 large eggs
1 red bell pepper, very finely diced
1 green bell pepper, very finely diced
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Line up the tater tots in a buttered 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
  • Add the olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage and onion and cook, breaking the sausage up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then sprinkle it over the tater tots.
  • In a large bowl, mix the milk, half-and-half, seasoned salt, cayenne, eggs, bell peppers, half of both cheeses and some salt and pepper. Pour over the tots and sausage mixture, then top with the rest of the cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bake, covered, for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue to bake until the cheese is brown and bubbly and the casserole is cooked through, another 20 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.

2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound frozen cut green beans
1 bag (32 ounces) frozen Tater Tots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet cook beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain and transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add onions and mushrooms to skillet; cook over medium-high heat until vegetables are tender, 8-10 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in condensed soup, salt and pepper. Place vegetable mixture in slow cooker; add green beans and stir to combine. Top with Tater Tots and cheese. , Cook, covered, on low 6 hours. Let stand, uncovered, 15 minutes before serving.
