Peel and cut up pineapple, mango and orange. Put all the fruit neatly in a bowl and serve.

Here is a simple recipe that is a little out of the mainstream. (at least for me!) It is a great topping to go with any fruit but especially great with strawberries. Use it with fruit on pound cake or on top of ice cream. It's not mine per se but I'm glad to share it with you. The pepper adds just a little "kick" to it. It is a mellow sweet taste that I have given to the most discriminating taste buds and got their compliments

1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
add pepper

Steps:

Mix the honey and balsamic vinegar.
Taste and then add pepper to taste.
Mix with fruit and let sit for 15-20 minutes for the fruit to soak in the flavor.
Enjoy.

1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup honey
1 cup sliced fresh peaches
1 cup sliced fresh plums
Vanilla ice cream

Steps:

In a small saucepan, mix cornstarch and orange juice until smooth; stir in honey. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until thickened, about 1 minute., Remove from heat; stir in fruit. Serve warm over ice cream. ,

strawberry
blueberries
kiwi, sliced
seedless grapes
2 cups skim milk
3 eggs
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 dash salt

Steps:

Scald milk in a large saucepan over medium heat (do not allow milk to boil), set aside.
Combine eggs, egg whites, and sugar in a medium bowl, beat with a wire whisk until blended.
Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot milk into egg mixture; add to remaining hot milk, stirring constantly.
Cook stirring constantly, over low heat until mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon, about 30 minutes.
Immediately pour sauce into a large bowl, stir with a wire whisk until cool.
Stir in vanilla and salt, cover and chill 2 hours.
Serve over fresh fruit.
