This Easy Caramel Apple Dip has just 3 ingredients! Perfect for dipping apples or topping your favorite dessert! An irresistible treat that everyone will love!

Steps:
- Combine the unwrapped caramels, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in a heavy bottomed sauce pan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until the sweetened condensed milk is combined and the caramels have melted completely.
- Pour the caramel apple dip into an airtight container and store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- Refrigerate the caramel apple dip for up to 1 week. Reheat in the microwave on 50% power for 15-30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds or so. Add up to 1 teaspoon of water to thin out if necessary.

Steps:
- Put all ingredients in a small blender or mini chopper and whiz till smooth.
- You may want to add just a bit of water to help get things moving, but try to keep it a dipping consistency unless you will use it drizzled on fruit or a dessert.
- Taste, then adjust to your liking. I don't like it too sweet so will usually add more almond butter but you can sweeten even more with extra dates or honey.
- Store in the frig.

- 2. Heat on medium-high heat, whisking the sugar until melted. The sugar will clump up first, but will eventually completely melt. This will take about 10 minutes.
- 3. Once the sugar has melted, stop whisking. You can allow to cook until the sugar has turned to a little darker amber color to get a deeper caramel flavor, if you like. You may notice a nutty aroma. The change in color will happen quickly, so don’t let it go too long or get too dark or it’ll burn. Remove caramel from the heat.
- 4. Add butter and whisk until combined. The mixture will bubble up, but keep whisking until all the butter has melted and combined.

- Heat the sugar in a large pan on medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the sugar forms clumps and eventually turns into a thick brown-colored liquid.
- Once the sugar is completely melted, add the butter (I cut the butter into smaller chunks so that it's evenly melted in the pan). WARNING: The caramel liquid will start really bubbling at this point. This is why I prefer a larger pan because it helps prevent splatter.
- Stir for about 3 minutes or until the butter is completely melted and mixed in well with the caramel.
- Once the butter is melted, slowly drizzle in the heavy cream while stirring. Watch for splatters again!
