CROCK POT ONIONY PORK CHOPS WITH CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE

Steps:
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown pork chops on both sides; place in bottom of slow cooker when browned.
- In same skillet, reduce heat to medium and saute onions until softened; add garlic, dry mustard, salt and pepper, and cayenne and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add vinegar and wine and cook until thickened.
- Pour this mixture over pork chops, put lid on crock pot and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours or on High for 2 to 2-1/2 hours (I did Low for 4-1/2 hours), or just until pork is tender.
- Remove pork chops from slow cooker and place on a warmed platter.
- Stir Dijon mustard and whipping cream into juices in slow cooker; when well combined, turn slow cooker off and pour sauce over chops on platter and serve immediately.

- In whatever size crock pot that will fit the amount of pork chops you have, place the sliced onions in an even layer on the bottom. Now evenly layer the pork chops and pour the onion soup over them. Cook on low for around 8 hours or on high for around 4 hours. Serve over rice or with mashed potatoes.

- Sprinkle chops with pepper and salt; transfer to a 4-qt slow cooker. In a large bowl, combine the milk, soups, wine and dressing mix; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is tender., Remove pork to a serving platter and keep warm. Skim fat from cooking juices; transfer to a large saucepan. Bring liquid to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with pork. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

- Mix together cream of mushroom soup, golden mushroom soup, onion soup mix, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and water in a slow cooker.
- Stir in onion, mushrooms, and potatoes.

- Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours.
- Spoon the mushroom sauce over the pork chops and potatoes for serving.

SO EASY IT'S SHAMEFUL CROCK POT ONION CHOPS
When a coworker told me about these pork chops, I knew I had to try them. I mean it just doesn't get any easier and for someone like me, with a full-time career AND a full-time job as Mommy, I rely on easy recipes to make sure the family gets fed! The recipe just called for the chops and the soup mix but I added the onions for extra flavor. They caramelize so nicely and really complement the flavor of the soup. These pork chops are so tasty and tender you only need a fork. Enjoy!
