5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars. Super easy to make and extremley addicting! Takes less than 20 minutes to make and is no bake!

2 sticks butter (1 cup, melted)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Set aside.Add butter, powdered sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and graham cracker in a large bowl. Mix to combine.
  • Layer into the prepared pan.
  • Add the 1/2 cup of peanut butter and chocolate chips to a small bowl. Microwave in 15 second intervals until fully melted.
  • Pour onto of the peanut butter layer and smooth with a rubber spatula.
  • Place in the refrigerator to firm up for an hour.
  • To serve, cut into squares and enjoy!

1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crumbs
2 2/3 cups flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass pan).
  • In 13x9x2-inch baking pan, melt butter in oven. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted butter.
  • Top evenly with the coconut, then sweetened condensed milk.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • In small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
  • Cool 30 minutes, then chill. Cut into bars.
  • Store cookie bars loosely covered at room temperature.

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
TOPPING:
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup butter, cubed
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. , Combine coconut and milk; spread over warm crust. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. , In a large saucepan, combine the brown sugar, cream and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. 1 cup butter (melted)
2 cups graham cracker crumbs ((use the boxed kind, or grind them in a food processor. Tiny granules.))
2 cups powdered sugar
1¼ cups peanut butter (divided)
1½ cups milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended.
  • Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9 × 13 inch pan. (I did mine in a 9 X 9 inch square pan because I wanted them to be thicker)
  • In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring every 30 seconds until melted until smooth. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.

7 ounces sweetened flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate chips)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly and evenly into a 13" x 9" glass baking pan.
  • Evenly sprinkle the coconut over the graham layer.
  • Evenly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cocnut layer.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until just lightly browned; remove from oven.
