FINGER MILLET SOUP RECIPE

Steps:
- To begin with, peel the onion and finely chop in a bowl. Then, wash the green chili, peas, carrot and coriander under running water and chop them separately in bowls and keep aside until needed again.
- Next, add ragi flour in a mixer jar along with green chili, onion and some water. Grind them into a thick paste. Once done, transfer the paste in a bowl and add enough water in it, mix well. Using a strainer, sieve the mixture and keep it aside.
- Now, put a deep-bottomed pan on medium flame and add the ragi flour paste in it followed by peas, carrot, and salt. Mix well to combine everything and allow the mixture to come to boil. This might take around 8 to 10 minutes.
- Once done, transfer the soup into a mixing bowl, season with salt and black pepper powder and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot!
