This 3-ingredient cranberry relish has been a family favorite for generations! It's sweet and tangy and perfect paired with Thanksgiving turkey or even for topping on chicken or pork

Steps:
- Slice the very edge root ends off of the orange, just until you see the flesh. Leave the rest of the skin ON the orange and slice it into 8 pieces.
- Place the fresh cranberries, orange slices and sugar in your food processor and process until smooth (or until no large chunks remain).
- Refrigerate until ready to serve (it tastes best after being in the fridge for at least on hour) or for up to 1 week. Serve over turkey, chicken, pork loin etc.

- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup water to a simmer. Add the cranberries, sugar, orange juice and zest. Stir until sugar is dissolved and the cranberries begin to pop, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Divide relish in half, reserving half. Add orange segments to half of the cranberries. Stir to combine.
- Add pepper jelly and fresh herbs to the remaining half. Stir to combine. Serve relishes in separate dishes.

- Place 1 cup (or about 1.5 handfuls) of cranberries, 1/4 apple, 1 orange wedge, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1/4 cup orange juice into a blender.
- Using the pulse method, begin to chop up ingredients. You may have to use a spoon or knife halfway through to get any stuck cranberries below the blades. Continue until contents are consistency of relish (smooth but not puree).
- Remove contents into a bowl and repeat until all ingredients are used up.
- For best taste, chill at least 4 hours prior.

CRANBERRY RELISH
Steps:
- Cut the orange peel into small pieces. Place the peel in a jar, add the sugar, and toss to coat. Do not seal the jar. Instead, cover the top with cheesecloth, and let the orange peel dry for one week.
- Wash the cranberries and drain. Place them in an enamel pot, and add 1 1/2 cups of water. Cook 20 minutes over low heat.
- Wash, peel and core the pears, and cut each into 6 to 8 pieces. Add to the cranberries, along with the orange peel. Cook another 20 minutes over low heat.
- Pour the hot mixture into clean, dry jars. Cover with cheesecloth, and cool for 24 hours.
- On top of the relish, pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil as a seal. Seal the jar with its lid. The relish will keep for months. When ready to eat, remove the oil by dipping a paper towel into the jar to absorb the oil.

- In a saucepan over high heat, combine sugar, vinegar, water, cloves and cinnamon stick. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring for 1 minute.
- Stir in fresh and dried cranberries. Return to a boil and cook stirring often, for 8 - 10 minutes or until thickened and berries pop.
- Discard cinnamon.
