BEST STEAK MARINADE IN EXISTENCE
This is a family recipe that has been developed only over the last 5 years. In this short time it's made me famous in our close circle, but until now I've never shared it with anyone.

Steps:
- Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.

We use this marinade for rib steaks, but can be used for almost any cut of beef.

PAN-FRIED LONDON BROIL RECIPE
Feast on a perfectly seasoned Pan-Fried London Broil. Seared to a juicy steak with a rich and thick broth, this mouthwatering dish can easily be yours!

Steps:
- In a ziploc bag, marinate the London broil with garlic, rosemary, parsley, wine, mushrooms, and shallots.
- Marinate the beef for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Afterward, remove the steak from the marinade and let it cool to room temperature.
- Take a large skillet and cook the steak over medium heat.
- Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and pour in the reserved marinade along with the tomatoes and the beef broth.
- Cook the mixture in low heat for 20 minutes until the broth becomes thick and juicy
- Let the meat rest for 10 minutes and slice the steaks to your desired thickness.
- Top it off with a little bit of parsley and enjoy a perfectly cooked, tenderized London broil!

BOURBON STREET CHICKEN (GOLDEN CORRAL COPYCAT)
A good friend scrounged this up for me somewhere cause i ADORE their Bourbon Street Chicken..wanted to put it on here so i didn't lose it :)

Steps:
- Either pull apart or cut chicken meat into bite size chunks.
- Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate (stirring often) for several hours (best overnight).
- Bake chicken at 350 for one hour in a single layer, basting every 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken.
- Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into a frying pan.
- Heat, and add 2 Tbs. white wine.
- Stir and add chicken.
- Cook for 1 minute and serve.
