- Whisk all ingredients together until sugar dissolves.
- Pour into the bowl of an ice cream machine.
- Freeze according to the ice cream maker's instructions.
- After the ice cream is made, transfer to an airtight container, cover tightly and freeze .
- Serve with your favorite toppings.

Steps:
- Dissolve Junket tablets in cold water.
- Mix milk, cream, sugar, salt and vanilla in a pan& heat to lukewarm.
- (NOT hot!) Add Junket tablets.
- Mix well and pour immediately into freezer (with dasher in place).
- Let stand until set.
- (will be thick like Junket) Mix in the ice cream freezer until thick& stiff.
- Serve as-is- or with toppings!

GRANDMA'S TREAT
Steps:
- In a blender, combine the ice cream and the bourbon. Blend on high speed until the desired consistency is reached (the longer you blend, the thicker the milkshake). In a medium glass, drizzle the caramel in a spiral around the inside of the glass. To help distribute the caramel evenly turn the glass as you drizzle. Pour the milkshake into the glass, and stop when almost full. Top with the dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of toffee pieces.

- Heat the marshmallows with 1 can evaporated milk, stirring occasionally, in a saucepan over low heat until the marshmallows are melted, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir remaining evaporated milk, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and salt into the marshmallow mixture.
- Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
