Steps:
- Beef Mixture:.
- Put all ingredients in the Beef Mixture in the crock pot. If your beef is frozen cook on high 4-5 hours. Break ground beef up with a spatula or spoon and let it simmer on low while you make your cheese sauce.
- Cheese Sauce:.
- melt butter over medium high heat in a medium sauce pan.
- add flour and garlic stir well until it lightly browns.
- add water stirring constantly until it boils and thickens to a gravy constancy.
- add grated cheeses and stir well to blend.
- add cheese sauce to beef mixture and mix well.
- serve over biscuits, rice or pasta.
- For OAMC divide mixture into meal size portions and freeze in freezer bags, reheat in microwave or in sauce pan over low heat. You may need to add a little milk or water to get the right constancy. This made 3 meals for my family of 8.

AWESOME CROCKPOT ROAST WITH GRAVY
I have based this recipe on one that I've used from here several times, Recipe#57130 posted by kcdelong. Even though the original was very good,sometimes you can't help but adding your own special tweaks.:)As usual with any of my recipes,please feel free to change any of the seasonings to your own personal tastes.If you like you can add a 1 pound bag of baby carrots before you add the roast.The time that's listed is based upon my crockpot,so adjust cooking times according to yours.If you would like more color,just slightly brown each side of the roast in a small amount of vegetable oil.Posted to Food.com (a.k.a." Steps:
- In a small bowl mix together seasoned salt,garlic powder,oregano,and onion soup mix.
- Rub mixture into all sides of roast,place into a 4 quart crockpot.
- Spread golden mushroom soup over roast and cook on low for 7 hours.
- For the gravy,melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan add the flour and make a paste.
- Add the roast liquid a little at a time while stirring,if the gravy is too thick and water until desired consistency is reached.
CROCK POT SHREDDED CHICKEN BREASTS FOR FREEZING - OAMC
Great to have on-hand for recipes. Just Place as many chicken breasts as you can fit into your crock pot as long as the lid fits on properly. I use bone-in, skin-on but I'm sure boneless, skinless would work too.

- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot, Mix water and spices together and pour over the chicken.
- Cook on the low setting for 8-10 hours.
- Remove chicken breasts, shred or pull the meat from bones, removing skin (it should all fall off easily at this point anyway!).
- Place meat in individual freezer bags or containers and freeze until needed for recipes.
- Defrost and add to any recipes that call for cooked chicken.
- Great for casseroles, quesadillas, pizzas, burritos, pastas, soups, etc. or heat with BBQ sauce for hot barbecue chicken sandwiches.
- Tip: Use the juices that are left from cooking the chicken to make broth afterwards.

CROCK POT CHICKEN - GREEK STYLE
I'm not Greek, but love the food. This is my take on one of their dishes. UPDATE: After the first two reviews of chicken being a little dry (perhaps breasts too thin), I suggest stacking dinner as follows in the directions:

Steps:
- Night before dinner, place potatoes in large Ziploc bag with olive oil and toss well. (You can skip this if you really need to and put oil on top after the seasonings.).
- Rinse chicken in cold water and shake off excess water but don't dry. Place in bowl with garlic (yes, the ingredients were right, bulb, not clove) and oregano and toss.
- Put potatoes on bottom of cooker. Add chicken, followed by the onions. Add water and lemon juice. Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 8-9 hours.
