Steps:
- Combine milk with pudding mix in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer or a whisk for 2 minutes, or until thoroughly blended. Set aside.
- In a 9-inch square baking pan, arrange a layer of wafers, flat sides down, and then top with a layer of banana slices. Continue alternating layers until all of the wafers and banana slices are in the dish.
- Top the dish with the pudding and let it seep down in between the wafer and banana layers. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. If desired, add whipped topping before serving.

- Prepare Boca patty according to package directions (in a pan with nonstick spray, or in the microwave).
- Top patty with cheese slice. Microwave for 20 seconds, or until cheese melts. Set aside.
- Place tortilla on a plate, and warm it slightly in the microwave. Place lettuce in the center of the tortilla, and top with tomato slices.
- Chop cheese-topped patty into bite-sized pieces, and then arrange on top of the lettuce and tomato. If you like, top with any (or all!) of the optional guilt-free burger toppings.
- Wrap tortilla up by folding in the sides first, and then rolling it up tightly from the bottom. Enjoy!

- Bring a large pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on the stove. Add turkey and spread it around in the pan to break it up a bit. Cook and crumble until meat is brown and cooked through, about 6 minutes. Drain any fat or liquid, and then transfer turkey to the crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients except for the chocolate to the crock pot. Add 1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the canned chipotles). Mix well to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, and then reduce heat to low and cook for an additional 3 hours. (OR cover and cook on low for 6 - 7 hours straight.)
- Add chocolate and stir until pieces melt and disappear into chili. Cover and cook for 1 hour longer on low. Add salt to taste. If you like, top each serving with a little sour cream. Mmmmm!
