Number Of Ingredients 11

2 large eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 teaspoons salt
2 pounds ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onion and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. Place on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 12-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in butter until tender. Stir in the ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain meatballs; add to sauce. Carefully stir to evenly coat. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Best Homemade Meatballs with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce image

These easy, gluten free meatballs are great for dinner any day of the week! Dip them in the super easy to make homemade honey mustard dipping sauce and you are good to go!

1.5 lbs hamburger meat
2 eggs
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs chopped onion (dried or fresh)
1 tbs garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cayenne
2 tbs liquid smoke
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup olive oil
½ c honey
¼ c mustard*

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all the dry seasonings.
  • In a medium bowl, add the raw hamburger, eggs, dry seasoning mix, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly. Roll into ~2" balls.
  • In a large skillet or fry pan, heat oil over medium high heat.
  • Once oil is hot, place each meatball in the skillet. Turn each meatball every minute or so to brown all sides. After the meatballs look done, cut one open and make sure it is cooked through. If not, go ahead and turn down the heat on the stove top and cover pan with a lid. Let the meatballs cook for several more minutes, checking for doneness.
  • Once done, dip in sauce of choice (I recommend the honey mustard sauce!) and enjoy!
  • In a small bowl stir together honey and mustard.

1 pound ground turkey
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
6 tablespoon Dijon mustard, divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1-1/4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons honey

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, onion, ginger and 3 tablespoons mustard. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 30 (1-in.) balls. , Place meatballs on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear; drain. , In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and onion powder. Stir in pineapple juice until smooth. Add pepper and honey. Bring to a boil; cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat; stir in remaining mustard until smooth. , Brush meatballs with about 1/4 cup sauce and bake 10 minutes longer. Serve remaining sauce as a dip for meatballs.

1-1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

¼ cup milk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
¾ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
⅔ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
½ teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®)
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Combine ground pork, ground beef, oats, milk, egg, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

2 ts Fresh Lemon Juice
1 c Onion finely chopped
1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 lb Freshly ground raw chicken
1/2 c Fine dry breadcrumbs
1 ts Low-sodium soy sauce
2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce
2 Garlic minced
2 ts Dijon mustard
1/2 ts Lemon Rind grated
1 tb Dijon mustard
1 c Finely chopped green bell
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey
Vegetable cooking spray
2 ts Vegetable oil
1 tb Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 c Coarsely shredded zucchini

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients; stir well with a wire whisk, and set aside. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil, and place over medium heat until hot. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Let onion mixture cool. Combine onion mixture, chicken, and next 8 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Shape mixture into 48 (1-1/4-inch) balls. Recoat skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot. Add half of meatballs; cook 15 minutes or until browned, turning frequently. Remove from skillet, and keep warm; repeat with remaining meatballs. Return cooked meatballs to skillet. Pour honey mixture over meatballs; cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
