HONEY GARLIC SHRIMP STIR-FRY RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: raw shrimp, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, olive oil, honey, soy sauce, scallion

Steps:
- Place shrimp in a sealable bag or medium bowl.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup, mix marinade ingredients.
- Pour half of the marinade on the shrimp. Save the other half for later.
- Let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- In a medium pan, heat oil. Add shrimp to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook shrimp on one side for about a minute, then flip over.
- Pour in remaining marinade and cook until shrimp is cooked through and just firm. Remove the shrimp from the pan and let the marinade reduce.
- Serve the shrimp with sauce and garnish with green onion.
- Enjoy!

- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until translucent, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in ketchup, honey, and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes.

- In a large sautee pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp sesame oil over high heat. Sautee tempeh until golden. Add rest of sesame oil. Add in vegetables one at a time, heartiest ones first, stirring as you go until all vegetables are cooked. This should only take about five minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in hot honey garlic sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
- For the sauce, heat sesame oil in a small pan. Sautee onion until translucent. Add garlic and continue to cook. Add in raw honey, stirring to melt. Whisk in tamari, rice vinegar, ginger, cayenne and sea salt as desired. Add in water and simmer. Taste for seasoning, adding more honey and sea salt as needed. Whisk in arrowroot, adding more as needed to thicken into a saucy consistency. Pour over vegetables and tempeh and serve warm.

- 1. Sauce: Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Reserve. In a separate bowl combine beef with ¼ cup (50 mL) reserved sauce.2. Combine cornstarch and water. Reserve.3. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. When pan is hot, add beef. Cook until outside of beef is cooked, about 2 minutes. Add frozen vegetables and sauce. Bring sauce to a boil, cook, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until vegetables and beef are cooked through. Add cornstarch mixture. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately.

- Lay the tofu in the center of a clean thin dishtowel and gentle press to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into ~1 x1 inch pieces.
- Place the squares in a large bowl or a large ziploc bag. Add the cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and salt. Toss or close and shake the bag until the tofu is completely coated.
- Spray the basket of the air fryer and place the cubes in a single layer. Spray the tops of the tofu with cooking spray oil spray. Set the air fryer at 360F for 18 minutes. After the 10 minutes, give the basket a shake. Arrange tofu back in a single layer across the basket and cook for another 8 minutes at 360F.
- While the tofu is frying, combine chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer sauce, stirring often, until flavors combine, about 5 minutes.
