1 box (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ au gratin potatoes
2 1/3 cups hot water
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen sweet peas or other frozen or canned vegetable
6 hot dogs, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)

Steps:

Stir together Potatoes, Sauce Mix, hot water and milk in 10-inch skillet; stir in frozen peas until separated.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in hot dogs; cover and heat 3 to 4 minutes or just until hot dogs are hot. Sprinkle cheese over mixture. Cover; let stand about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

8 hot dogs, chopped
⅔ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons pickle relish
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons chopped onion
8 hot dog buns

Steps:

Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Stir the hot dogs, Cheddar cheese, relish, ketchup, mustard, and onion together in a bowl; spoon into the hot dog buns. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven until hot, about 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

2 slices whole wheat bread, lighty toasted
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
4 tablespoons potato salad (use your favorite recipe)
2 hot dogs, sliced lengthwise
1 hard-boiled egg, thin sliced
salt & pepper

Steps:

Lightly toast whole wheat bread. Spread one tablespoon butter on each slice of bread. Spread mustard on bottom slice of bread over butter.
Either boil or microwave the hot dogs, can be sliced lenthwise prior to cooking. Layer the hot dog slices on the bottom slice of bread.
Top the hot dog slices with potato salad and spread evenly.
Layer hard boiled egg slices on top of potato salad.
Season with salt & pepper to your liking. Top with other slice of bread. Cut in half on the diagonal and serve.

1 hamburger bun
1 ½ tablespoons mayonnaise
2 leaves of lettuce
2 slices tomato
⅓ cup prepared potato salad

Steps:

Open bun and spread each side with mayonnaise. Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on bottom half of bun. Scoop potato salad onto tomato, and gently spread toward edges of bun. Cover with top of bun.
