1 cup unsalted butter
1 small yellow onion, minced
2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
5 (7 1/2-ounce) packages Hawaiian Rolls
2 pounds thinly sliced ham, chopped
12 ounces Swiss or Cheddar cheese slices

Steps:

  • Beat butter and next 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until blended.
  • Split rolls horizontally without separating; spread butter mixture evenly over bottom halves. Top with ham, cheese, and remaining halves of rolls.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 kaiser rolls, split
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon strips
6 slices deli ham (1/2 ounce each)
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Spread mayonnaise over rolls. Layer roll bottoms with cheddar cheese, bacon, ham and mozzarella cheese; replace tops. , Wrap sandwiches in foil; place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 onion, grated

½ pound chopped cooked ham
5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and prepared Dijon-style mustard.
  • Slice rolls in half horizontally and set aside tops. Spread bottoms with the butter mixture. Top with ham and Swiss cheese. Replace tops.
  • Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted.

1 stick butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 pack (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
½ pound spicy deli ham, sliced thin, but not shaved
½ pound Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Steps:

  • In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dried onions, and poppy seeds. Set aside.
  • Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Drizzle 4-5 tablespoons of the sauce into the bottom of the pan.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the rolls in half horizontally.
  • Arrange the bottom portions of the rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Layer half of the swiss cheese over the rolls, followed by the ham, and the remaining cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and pour the remaining sauce evenly over the rolls.
  • Cover the baking pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
  • When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Bake the rolls, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

½ pound sliced Swiss cheese
2 (12 count) packages Hawaiian bread rolls (such as King's®)
1 cup butter, melted
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place ham and Swiss cheese slices on the bottom of the rolls and cover with roll tops.
  • Mix butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire, mustard, and poppy seeds together in a small bowl and spoon over sandwich tops. Let sit, 4 hours to overnight.

1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
24 mini sandwich rolls
1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. 1 stick butter (no substitute)
4 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 pkg sara lee classic brown and serve rolls
12 slice deli ham (regular slices)
12 slice baby swiss cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Sauce: butter, brown sugar, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Heat all of these ingredients in saucepan on stove until warm and dissolved.
  • 2. Slice the rolls in half. Pile ham and cheese on rolls and then put the tops back on them. Place the rolls in a 9 x 13" pan. Pour warm sauce over the top of the prepared sandwiches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes! Yields 12 dinner roll size sandwiches but you should probably allow at least 2 per person. These are quite tasty!!
