- In a glass measuring cup, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dried onions, and poppy seeds. Set aside.
- Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Drizzle 4-5 tablespoons of the sauce into the bottom of the pan.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the rolls in half horizontally.
- Arrange the bottom portions of the rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer half of the swiss cheese over the rolls, followed by the ham, and the remaining cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese and pour the remaining sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Cover the baking pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to 24 hours.
- When you're ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake the rolls, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- 1. Sauce: butter, brown sugar, yellow mustard, worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Heat all of these ingredients in saucepan on stove until warm and dissolved.
- 2. Slice the rolls in half. Pile ham and cheese on rolls and then put the tops back on them. Place the rolls in a 9 x 13" pan. Pour warm sauce over the top of the prepared sandwiches. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes! Yields 12 dinner roll size sandwiches but you should probably allow at least 2 per person. These are quite tasty!!
