2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (at room temperature)
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (or melted coconut oil)
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (at room temperature, not cold)
1 cup Almond Flour
1/3 cup Erythritol
1/3 cup Unsalted Butter (or melted coconut oil)
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Instant Espresso (optional)
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
1 cup Sugar-free Powdered Sweetener
2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
