MAI TAI COCKTAIL
This variation on the classic mai tai combines three kinds of rum with orgeat, orange liqueur, and lime juice for a taste of the Pacific islands!

Steps:
- Fill an old-fashioned glass with 1 cup crushed ice. Set aside in the freezer.
- Combine light rum, gold rum, orange Curacao, orgeat, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled old-fashioned glass. Top with dark rum.
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

A fun and easy party punch for an island themed party or just any occasion. Nonalcoholic so guests of all ages can enjoy it.

Steps:
- In a pitcher mix together orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice and almond syrup.
- You can keep this punch base in the fridge until party time.
- Once ready to serve you can serve in individual glasses by adding ice to a cup, filling the cup 1/2 full of juice, adding a splash of grenadine and then topping it off with seltzer water and garnishing with fruit.
- To serve in a big punch bowl, mix grenadine and seltzer water to juice and stir together, then add ice and fruit.

Steps:
- Fill glass with a heaping mound of crushed ice.
- Mix Pineapple and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with a handful of crushed ice. Add cream of coconut if desired and mix until throughly blended.
- Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour juice mixture over ice. Drizzle top with with Grenadine and garnish with a fresh slice of pineapple and a cherry.

- Combine everything except the Topo Chico and garnishes into a mason jar or cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine.
- Strain your mocktail into a lowball glass.
- Top with Topo Chico or other sparkling water of your choice.
