Not Pop Pop's Meatball Recipe image

Perfect 30 minute meatballs that taste like they've been simmering in a sauce all day long!

Time 30m

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine all ingredients with your hands
  • Measure out meatballs with a medium size cookie scoop and gently roll into a ball to form.
  • Place on your baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
  • After you take them out of the oven, transfer to a sauce pan with your favorite pasta sauce and simmer while you prep the rest of your meal. *** If you've made a larger batch, the extras can be frozen instead of put into sauce.
