NO BAKE CHEX COOKIES
The combination of peanut butter, butterscotch, chocolate and sea salt makes these No Bake Chex Cookies irresistible! Thank goodness they are easy to make!

Steps:
- Boil sugar and karo syrup.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter and 1/4 tsp salt. Stir.
- Pour over cereal.
- Drop with cookie scoop on parchment paper. Let cool. This doesn't take long.
- Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in microwave until melted.
- Spoon and spread a little frosting over each cookie. Before chocolate hardens sprinkle with sea salt!
NO BAKE CHEX COOKIES
Steps:
- Line two cookie sheets with parchment. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan, add the sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla. Bring to a low boil, stirring frequently.
- Carefully add the peanut butter and pinch of salt and stir until the peanut butter is fully incorporated. Turn heat off.
- Add in the Chex cereal and stir well, making sure each piece is coated.
- Pour marshmallows in and stir until evenly dispersed, but not too long. The marshmallow will start to melt, but you do not want them to melt completely.
- Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, scoop out mounds of the chex mixture onto the cookie sheet. They will not spread much, so you can place them close together.
- Let sit for about 30 minutes so they can firm up.
- Store in layers in an airtight container.
NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHEX BARS RECIPE
These no bake peanut butter Chex bars are full of all of the peanut butter chocolaty goodness you will ever need! This recipe is so simple and done in no time!

- Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix the cereal and peanuts in a large bowl.
- In a medium saucepan stir together the brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute. Then remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cereal mixture. Toss carefully with a wooden spoon until all of the cereal is covered.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared 9 x 13 inch pan and press down gently. Cool for about 20 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave stirring every 20 seconds until completely melted and smooth. Drizzle over the cooled bars. Let the chocolate cool.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!

- In medium microwavable bowl, microwave butterscotch chips and peanut butter uncovered on Medium to Medium-High (50 to 75%) in 1-minute increments, stirring after each minute, just until mixture is smooth and melted. This should take 3 to 4 minutes.

- Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Spray large bowl with cooking spray; in bowl, stir together cereal, 2/3 cup of the peanut butter chips and 1/4 cup peanuts.
- Spray medium microwavable bowl with cooking spray; add butter and marshmallows. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after each minute. Stir in caramel bits; microwave 30 seconds. Stir well to blend; a few caramel bits will remain unmelted.

- Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and butterscotch chips uncovered on High 1 minute. Stir; continue to microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually stir snack mix into melted chips until evenly coated. Divide mixture evenly among muffin cups, pressing mixture in bottom and up side of each cup to form a little nest. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.
- Remove nests from muffin cups. Place 3 jelly beans in each nest.
