OREO BREAD PUDDING
I found this recipe online a while back. It is quite different. Although I have not made it yet, I thought someone else may like too. Hopefully you love it! 8)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, combine the bread cubes with broken cookies and set aside.
- In separate bowl, blend milk, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract; pour over bread mixture.
- Stir to coat evenly.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.

A very easy dessert. Kids and adults go ape over this one! Make sure you make the day before you serve, to soften the Oreo cookies. Prep time includes chill time.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
- Add the milk, vanilla and pudding mixes.
- Mix until all the lumps are gone.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
- Put half of the cookies in the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Cover with the entire pudding mixture.
- Top with remaining cookie chunks.
- Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

- Serve warm or at room temperature topped with whipped cream if desired.
