- Add the milk, coffee, peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla and bananas to a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
POWER BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
A fortifying healthy smoothie that will get you going on a busy morning. I usually just throw this all together and make one big smoothie that satisfies me until lunch, but I will try and estimate portions for the other Zaarites. :) You can use a combination of berries, I usually use strawberries but sometimes I will make a blueberry and banana shake, or strawberry and banana. **I had to use "frozen strawberries" and "orange juice" so Recipezaar would take the nutritional info but you can use any berry or juice you like. This can be easily customized to fit your tastes.

- Add the yogurt first, then everything else on top.
- Blend at a high speed, stirring with a spatula or spoon (while the blender is stopped!) a few times until everything comes together.
BREAKFAST POWER SMOOTHIE
Wow! This is one great tasting wake-me-up, pick-me-up, boost-me-for-the-day recipe. I have been drinking these all week, and not sure that I could go without them now because of the great energy I get from them, and not just a burst of energy that sugar will give you, but the kind of energy that lasts all day. So so healthy! and so Yummy!! It does make quite a lot, like about 2 or 3 cups worth, but I like a big breakfast, so suits me fine, I can get through it without sharing a drop, hehe. Tweak this recipe all you like, I add and subtract things to it every time I make it, I dont want to get sick of this one! If you dont like to chew the seeds as you are drinking it (a part of it I rather enjoy) then just grind all the seeds and nuts together before adding to rest of mix. You can also freeze the banana to give a creamier consistency, although I keep forgetting to do this the night before, lol, oh well. I use Rice milk to make it, but you could use any milk, wont make a difference to taste. You could even add cocoa to put a chocolaty taste to it. Cinnamon is also a very tasty addition.
