RASPBERRY SWEET TEA COCKTAIL
This raspberry sweet tea cocktail combines raspberry honey simple syrup, honey liqueur and bourbon with iced tea to make the perfect mixed drink!

Steps:
- Combine ice, simple syrup, honey liqueur and bourbon in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with iced tea. Garnish with raspberries.
- In a small pot, combine the water, honey and raspberries and simmer over medium heat. When the mixture starts to boil, reduce heat to low. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Strain into a glass bowl and cool before using.

- In a large saucepan, bring 2 qts. of water to a boil. Stir in sugar substitute until dissolved. Remove from the heat. , Add tea bags; steep for 5-8 minutes. Discard tea bags. , In another saucepan, bring raspberries and remaining water to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Strain and discard pulp. Add raspberry juice and lime juice to the tea. , Transfer to a large pitcher. Refrigerate until chilled.
