- In a large skillet, cook the beef, green pepper and prosciutto over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain. , Stir in spaghetti sauce and water; bring to a boil. Add ravioli. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 7-9 minutes or until ravioli is tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Preheat oven to broil. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to crumble the sausage as it cooks; drain excess fat. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper, to taste. Stir in ravioli and 1 1/2 cups water. - Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook as the label directs; drain, then drizzle with olive oil and toss.
- Meanwhile, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken; cook, undisturbed, until beginning to brown, about 2 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring, 1 more minute. Transfer to a plate.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in the skillet. Add the mushrooms and cook, undisturbed, until browned in spots, about 2 minutes. Season with salt and continue to cook, stirring, until softened, about 3 more minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, garlic and vinegar and cook until the tomatoes begin to soften, about 2 minutes. - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add both of the bell peppers and the onion and season with 1 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of black pepper.
