SAUSAGE BALLS
This sausage balls recipe is a blend of pork sausage, cheddar cheese, bisquick and seasonings, all formed into balls and baked to golden brown perfection. A classic appetizer recipe that's great for feeding a crowd!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place the sausage, baking mix, cheese, onion, garlic, milk and black pepper in a bowl; stir until thoroughly combined. A stand mixers works great for this!
- Roll the meat mixture into 1 inch balls and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned. Sprinkle with parsley then serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.

SAUSAGE BALLS WITH TWO DIPPING SAUCES
Traditional, classic, and always a hit! These sausage balls are even better with a choice of dipping sauces.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the cheese and sausage briefly on slow speed. Add the biscuit mix a little at a time increasing the mixer speed as needed.
- Roll the mixture into 1" diameter balls and place on baking sheets. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on the pans.
- Note: the sausage balls may be mixed and rolled, placed on the baking sheets, and frozen. When frozen, remove and place in plastic freezer storage bags. If cooking from frozen, allow several more minutes of cooking time.
- To prepare the dipping sauces, mix each sauce's ingredients together in a small bowl. Stir until well blended.

- In a medium bowl, combine the sausage, cheese, and dry baking mix. Mix together, and shape mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place on a foil-lined cookie sheet.

- For the balls: Heat oven to 375 °F. Line a sheet tray with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Add all the ingredients to a stand mixer outfitted with a paddle attachment and blend together for 2 minutes.
- Form into 1 inch balls, and place 1 inch apart on prepared sheet tray. Bake for 18 minutes, turning the balls halfway through baking.
- For the dip: Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a bowl. Serve with hot sausage balls.

These sausage balls were a hit at our Christmas party this year. I accidentaly used low-fat cheese in the recipe and couldn't tell the difference. No frying necessary, they bake beautifully.

- Preheat oven to 400F and move the rack to the middle position. Grease a large baking sheet (or two smaller ones - then use the top and bottom racks) with cooking spray.
- Add the sausage meat, baking mix, cheddar cheese, Tony's seasoning, and milk to a large bowl. Using your hands, knead/mix it until it's well combined.
- Form 1" balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake the sausage balls for 18-20 minutes or until they're cooked through.
- While the sausage balls are baking, make the remoulade sauce by combining the mayo, mustard, garlic, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tony's seasoning, and parsley in a small bowl. Set aside until needed.
