HONEY-BAKED SPIRAL HAM IN THE SLOW COOKER
The tastiest spiral ham ever made in the slow cooker.

Steps:
- Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray and place ham inside.
- Combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, whisking thoroughly, until sugar is melted and ingredients are combined, 2 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Pour water into the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour sauce over the ham. Cover.
- Cook in the slow cooker on Low, 6 to 8 hours. Baste the ham with the juices from the bottom once every hour.
- Remove ham from the slow cooker. Pour juices from the bottom into a saucepan over medium heat. Mix cornstarch and water together in a bowl and pour into the saucepan. Cook until mixture thickens into a glaze, 6 to 8 minutes. Pour glaze over the ham or use as a gravy.

- Place ham in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter, cider vinegar, garlic and red pepper flakes; pour over ham. Top with onion slices. , Cover and cook on low until a thermometer reads 140°, 4-5 hours. Serve warm.

- Stir together sugar, syrup, water, mustard, garlic, thyme, and cloves in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar, 5 minutes.
- Place ham, cut side down, in an 8-quart slow cooker. Pour syrup mixture over ham. Cover and cook on LOW until heated through, about 4 hours, using a turkey baster to baste ham with cooking liquid every 45 minutes. Remove ham from slow cooker, and place on a serving platter. Tent with aluminum foil to keep warm.
- Pour cooking liquid into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high. Reduce heat to medium, keeping mixture at a low boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 1 1/4 cups, 15 to 20 minutes. Discard garlic, thyme, and cloves. Serve sauce with ham.
