- To begin making Hariyali Tawa Fish Fry Recipe, get prep with all the ingredients first. You can clean the fish fillets.
- In a blender, blend coriander leaves, onions, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves & gram flour together with a little water to make a thick paste.
- Now take all the fish pieces in a wide mixing bowl. Add the ground masala paste, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix everything well.
- Make sure that fish pieces are coated properly with this mixture. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Once the fish is marinated, heat up some mustard oil on a shallow frying pan and place the marinated fish on it along with the masala. Fry it until it is cooked from both sides.

Steps:
- In a bowl, add mustard oil,1/2 tsp red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well.
- Now add fish and coat each fish nicely from all the sides with the masala. Marinate the fish for 20 minutes.
- In another plate, take whole wheat flour,1/2 tsp red chilli powder, dry mango powder and salt. Mix well.
- Coat each fish in the whole wheat flour mixture properly.
- Heat a tawa or a pan and brush it with some oil.
- Add each and every piece of fish on tawa and let it cook on low-medium heat till the fish becomes crispy on one side.
- Turn the fish on other side and let it cook for few minutes.
- Enjoy hot with Coriander-mint chutney or as a side dish
