9 cups Rice Chex
1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar

Steps:

Pour the mixture on top of the cereal and gently stir until all the cereal is coated.
If your bowl has a lid, pour the powdered sugar on top of the cereal mixture (alternately you can do this in a large 2- gallon sized zip-top bag). Cover or seal and gently shake until the powdered sugar coats all the cereal. Break up clumps as they form and shake again.

Steps:

Melt the peanut butter with the butter or margarine and the milk chocolate. Pour over the cereal and toss until well coated.
Place the coated cereal in a large paper sack then add the confectioners' sugar, fold down the top of the bag and shake to coat.

1 box (12 ounces) Corn Chex
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup butter, cubed
3 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Pour cereal into a very large bowl. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave on high 30 seconds. Stir gently. Continue microwaving on high, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and blended. Pour over cereal; gently stir to coat, In batches, place confectioners' sugar in a gallon-sized bag, add cereal mixture and shake until well coated. Spread cereal out on a baking sheet. Let stand until set. Store in airtight containers.

1 cup Chocolate Chips
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Splenda Monk Fruit
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
6 cups Rice Chex Mix

Steps:

To make powdered sugar, add 1 cup Splenda Monk Fruit and 1 tbsp cornstarch and blend together until it makes a fine dust.
Divide the 6 cups of rice Chex into 2 gallon Ziploc bags. This will equal to 3 cups of rice Chex into each bag and set aside.
Mix together peanut butter and chocolate either on the stove top or in the microwave in 20 second increments stirring in between.
Once that comes to a smooth consistency, divide your chocolate and peanut butter mixture into your 2 gallon Ziploc bags.
Now, shake!
Let that cool for about 30 minutes.
Lastly, divide your powdered Splenda Monk Fruit into each gallon bag.
