Needed a quick way to cook tender pork chops and this method did it! It took about 10 minutes and my husband and 6-year-old daughter fought over the leftovers!

- Place pork chops in a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®); top with butter. Sprinkle onion soup mix over pork chops. Pour in apple juice.
- Close and lock the lid. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 5 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, 10 to 40 minutes.

30 MINUTE INSTANT POT PORK CHOPS

Steps:
- Add the 2 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
- Salt & pepper the both sides of the pork chops and brown each side in the Instant Pot (about 5-6 minutes on each side).
- While the pork chops are browning, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and water.
- Once the pork chops have browned, pour the cream of mushroom mixture over the pork chops and add the mushrooms.
- Place the lid on the Instant Pot and lock closed. Set the Instant Pot pressure to manual, high pressure and set the timer to 30 minutes.
- Once the pork chops have cooked, let the Instant Pot vent itself.
- Serve the pork chops with a side of your choice.
INSTANT POT PORK CHOPS

- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, chicken stock and soy sauce.
- In an instant pot, add pork chops and pour sauce mixture on top.
- Seal the lid and turn the steam valve to the sealing position.
- Set to high pressure cook. Set the cooking time to 10 minutes for fresh bone-in pork chops. Adjust the time slightly if you cook boneless or frozen pork chops (see above).
- The instant pot takes about 10 minutes to come to pressure first. Then it will take another 10 minutes to cook.
- When it finishes cooking, it will take 10 more minutes for natural pressure release.
- When the steam has escaped, slowly remove the lid and release any remaining pressure.
- Remove pork chops to a serving platter.
- Mix together ½ tablespoon cornstarch and ½ tablespoon water. Turn the Instant Pot on Sauté mode and add in the mixture.
- Stir constantly and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens. Turn off the instant pot.
- Serve your pork chops with the honey garlic sauce.

- Season pork chops with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Turn Instant Pot on to sautee. Add oil.
- Brown pork chops in batches for about 2 minutes per side. Remove from Instant Pot and set aside.
- Add 1 cup broth to the Instant Pot and scrape any brown bits from the bottom of the pot.
- In order, add sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, browned pork chops. Top with mushroom soup and parsley.
- Seal the lid and turn the Instant Pot to high pressure for 15 minutes.
- Once done, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes. Release any remaining pressure.
- Remove pork chops from the gravy and set aside.
- Combine remaining broth and cornstarch in a small bowl. Turn the Instant Pot on to saute to bring the gravy to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture a little bit at a time to reach the desired consistency.
- Serve pork chops over mashed potatoes with gravy.
