7 LAYER DIP

Steps:

• Place salsa in a sieve to drain any liquid (this keeps your dip from getting runny).
• Combine refried beans and milk (or you can use the liquid from the salsa if you prefer) until smooth. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
• Combine cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a mixer on medium. Spread over refried beans.
• Spoon guacamole over cream cheese and gently spread. Repeat with drained salsa.
• Top with cheese, olives/tomatoes and green onions.
• Chill 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

7-LAYER PARTY DIP TORTA

Steps:

• To make the bread roll:.
• Combine flour, cream, 2 eggs, yeast, salt, and sugar in the bowl. Using a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment by adding ingredients and mixing on medium speed until a homogenous dough comes together.
• Transfer dough to a large mixing bowl, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature until about 1 1/2 times its original size, about 2-4 hours.
• Lightly flour dough and transfer to a floured work surface. Form into a large ball approx 9". Transfer the dough ball to a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet, tucking the seam underneath. Cover with plastic wrap weighted down with a kitchen towel and set aside at room temperature for 1 hour.
• Preheat oven to 450°F When ready to bake, beat remaining egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush egg mixture on top of each bun until evenly coated. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
• Bake until deep golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
• To assemble the sandwich:.
• Cut the roll in half; remove some of the bread on the bottom portion.
• Add a layer of refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and pickled red onion.

GATORBEK'S 7 LAYER PARTY DIP

Steps:

• Thoroughly mix taco seasoning with sour cream. Let sit for at least an hour to dissolve the powder or it will be gritty.
• In a 13 x 9 casserole dish, or similarly sized party dish, spread the following layers, taking care not to mix them.
• Refried beans.
• Guacamole.
• Sour cream mixture.
• Cheese.
• Tomatoes.
• Black olives.
• Green onions.
• (If you're using lettuce, put it between the sour cream and cheese.).
• Serve with tortilla chips.

FIESTA 7 LAYER DIP

Steps:

• 1. Reserve 1/2 cup drained tomatoes; set aside. Blend remaining tomatoes and reserved liquid with beans in medium bowl.
• 2. Spread bean mixture in 8x8-inch glass baking dish or round casserole dish. Top with guacamole.
• 3. Blend together sour cream and seasoning mix in small bowl. Spread over guacamole. Top evenly with layers of cheese, olives, green onions and reserved tomatoes. Chill 2 hours prior to serving. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.

SEVEN LAYER DIP I

Steps:

• In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Set aside to drain and cool to room temperature.
• Spread the beans into the bottom of a 9x13 inch serving tray that is about 1 1/2 inches deep. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheese on top of beans. Sprinkle beef on top of cheese. Spread sour cream very slowly on top of beef. Spread guacamole on top of sour cream. Pour salsa over guacamole and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle black olives, tomatoes, and green onions on top.
• You can serve this dish immediately, or refrigerate it over night and serve cold. I think it tastes better at room temperature.
