Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites are a simple but tasty appetizer with just 3 ingredients.

2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 strips of bacon
12 slices of water chestnut (optional)
12 toothpicks
¼ cup dipping sauce, such as sweet chili (optional)

Steps:

  • Turn air fryer to 400°F.
  • Cut the chicken thighs into 12 bite-sized pieces.
  • Cut the bacon slices into thirds.
  • Wrap a cut slice of bacon around the chicken, including a water chestnut slice, if desired. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange them in the air fryer in a single non-overlapping layer.
  • Cook until chicken is no longer pink inside and the bacon is cooked, 10-13 minutes.
  • Remove and serve immediately with dipping sauce, if desired.

1.25 lbs 3 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch chunks (about 30 pieces)
10 slices center cut bacon (cut into thirds)
optional (duck sauce or Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping)

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick.
  • Air fry, in batches in an even layer 400F for 8 minutes, turning halfway until the chicken is cooked and the bacon is browned.
  • Blot on a paper towel and serve right away.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
6 slices bacon
2 Tablespoons Barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking oil if needed.
  • Cut the raw chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
  • Add the paprika, brown sugar, and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix until combined. Set aside.
  • Coat the chicken bites in olive oil and then toss the chicken pieces in the brown sugar mixture.
  • Take each slice of bacon and cut the bacon strips in half to fit the chicken bites.
  • Wrap each of the seasoned chicken bites with a piece of bacon.
  • Place each bacon wrapped piece of chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-9 minutes, or until you have crispy bacon and the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Carefully remove the chicken bites from the Air Fryer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as barbecue sauce.

5 to 6 slices bacon
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
⅛ teaspoon black pepper
oil, for spraying
barbecue sauce, for dipping

Steps:

  • Cut each slice of bacon into three pieces. Wrap one piece of bacon around one cube of chicken and fasten with toothpick. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Roll chicken-and-bacon-cubes in mixture to coat well.
  • Working in batches of 10, spray each cube with oil and place in air fryer basket in single layer. Do not overcrowd. Set temperature to 400 degrees, and air fry for 10 minutes. Turn cubes, spray with oil, and air fry for 5 minutes more. Fry longer if bacon should be well done. Repeat with remaining cubes. Serve warm with barbecue sauce on the side.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast, again? Amp up the flavor of your chicken with bacon! These are butterflied: either do it yourself or ask your butcher to do it for you. You can then stuff them with cheese and asparagus, wrap them up in a bacon blanket, and air fry! While they cook, toss a green salad, add a veggie or potato, and some bread, and you'll be enjoying your dinner in no time.

3 breast half, bone and skin removed (blank)s skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
3 slices Monterey Jack cheese
6 spears fresh asparagus
9 slices bacon
12 each wooden toothpicks

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) if recommended by manufacturer.
  • Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Use a sharp knife slice horizontally through the middle, beginning at the thickest part, being careful not to cut all the way through to the other side. Open the 2 sides and spread them out like an open book.
  • Season both sides with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Cut asparagus spears in half and place 4 halves on top of the cheese. Roll the chicken up and over the cheese and asparagus, keeping the stuffing inside each roll. Wrap each chicken breast with 3 pieces of bacon, using wooden toothpicks to secure the bacon, where it overlaps.
  • Place each bacon-wrapped breast in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 15 minutes more. Test chicken for doneness; an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should reach 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

½ stick butter, softened
½ clove minced garlic
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried basil
⅛ teaspoon coarse salt
freshly ground black pepper
⅓ pound thick-cut bacon
1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons minced garlic

Steps:

  • Combine softened butter, garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Place butter on a piece of wax paper and roll up rightly to form a butter log. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Lay one bacon strip flat on a piece of wax paper. Place chicken thigh on top of the bacon and sprinkle with garlic. Open up the chicken thigh. Place 1-2 tsp of the cold finishing butter in the middle of the chicken thigh. Tuck one end of bacon into the middle of the chicken thigh. Fold over the chicken thigh and roll the bacon around the chicken thigh. Repeat with remaining thighs and bacon.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Place chicken thighs in the basket of the air fryer and cook until chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, about 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
