- Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
- Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip and air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.

- Season lamb chops with a liberal amount of salt and pepper.
- Mix together marinade ingredients and brush onto both sides of the lamb chop.
- Cook in airfryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F per side or 4 minutes at 400 degrees F per side for extra browning.
- The internal temp should be 135 degrees F for medium or 145 degrees F for medium well. when you touch the meat it should spring back.
- Decrease the time by 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare and increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for medium well. Depending on how thick your lamb chop is, the cooking time will vary.

- Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. ** SEE NOTE ABOUT MAKING AHEAD--
- In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and sugar. Stir until well combined. Set aside in a seperate serving bowl half of the sauce for serving when finished cooking.
- Spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil spray and place the chope on the basket. Set the airfryer to 325° for 10 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through.
- Remove the chops from the air fryer and add to the medium bowl of horseradish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
- Place the chops back in the air fryer basket.
- Set the air Fryer to 390° for 3 more minutes. Use a thermemeter to ensure the meat has reached a temperature of 145° for medium rare.
- Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.
