2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup Whole Greek yogurt OR honey

Steps:

  • Season the lamb with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, granulated garlic and onion powder
  • Coat the lamb with 1/4 cup of honey OR 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • Grill or Air Fry the lamb for 4 to 7 minutes depending on the type of air fryer you have. Turn if necessary

Fragrant rosemary and garlic add so much flavor to these juicy lamb chops. Using air fryers that are at least 5 qt or larger will allow you to cook all the chops in one layer for the full batch. If you only have a small air fryer, you can cook these chops in 2-3 batches.

1.25 lbs. rack of lamb (, about 7-8 chops)
3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder ( or 3 cloves garlic, minced)
1 teaspoon salt (, or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (, or to taste)

Steps:

  • Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in marinade. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer at 380°F/195°C for 4 minutes. Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place lamb chops in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  • Air Fry at 380°F/195°C for 8 minutes, flip and air fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Steps:

  • Combine lamb chops, olive oil, red wine vinegar, rosemary, oregano, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Rub the marinade into the meat and cover and chill for 1 hour.

Not everyone loves lamb chops, but if you do, this version makes them so juicy and savory with easy to find ingredients. Make a gourmet meal in 15 minutes or less in the air fryer.

1 ea lamb chop (about 1/3 lb and 1" thick)
salt and pepper
1/2 Tb dijon mustard
1/2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1 Tb chopped fresh herbs (any combination of parsley, marjoram, thyme, chives, rosemary, mint, etc. )

Steps:

  • Season lamb chops with a liberal amount of salt and pepper.
  • Mix together marinade ingredients and brush onto both sides of the lamb chop.
  • Cook in airfryer for 5 minutes at 375 degrees F per side or 4 minutes at 400 degrees F per side for extra browning.
  • The internal temp should be 135 degrees F for medium or 145 degrees F for medium well. when you touch the meat it should spring back.
  • Decrease the time by 1-2 minutes per side for medium rare and increase the cooking time by 1-2 minutes for medium well. Depending on how thick your lamb chop is, the cooking time will vary.

8 Loin Lamb Chops
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Vegetable Oil Spray
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
2 Teaspoons Sugar

Steps:

  • Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. ** SEE NOTE ABOUT MAKING AHEAD--
  • In a medium bowl mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and sugar. Stir until well combined. Set aside in a seperate serving bowl half of the sauce for serving when finished cooking.
  • Spray the air fryer basket with vegetable oil spray and place the chope on the basket. Set the airfryer to 325° for 10 minutes, flipping the chops halfway through.
  • Remove the chops from the air fryer and add to the medium bowl of horseradish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
  • Place the chops back in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air Fryer to 390° for 3 more minutes. Use a thermemeter to ensure the meat has reached a temperature of 145° for medium rare.
  • Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.
