EASY AIR FRYER COOKIE



Easy Air Fryer Cookie image

A fresh baked chocolate chip keto cookie ready in 10 minutes thanks to the air fryer.

1 tbsp butter, melted
1-2 tbsp Low Carb Sugar Substitute
10 drops liquid stevia
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 large egg, room temperature
1/4 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a medium sized mixing bowl until fully incorporated and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
  • Cut out a piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the air fryer and then fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Pre-heat your air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes (without the parchment paper).
  • Place the dough onto the parchment paper and spread using a spatula to 1/4 inch thickness or place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out.
  • Remove the air fryer basket and place the parchment paper in the preheated air fryer.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes. Air fryer cooking times vary highly so it's safe to keep an eye on it starting at 4 minutes. It will be browned and cooked through.
  • Remove parchment paper from air fryer to a plate and serve immediately.

cooking spray
¼ cup white sugar
3 ½ tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg
1 tablespoon apricot jam
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat an air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). Spray a small fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
  • Beat sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until light and creamy. Add egg and jam; mix until combined. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix thoroughly. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Level the surface of the batter with the back of a spoon.
  • Place pan in the air fryer basket. Cook until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out cleanly, about 15 minutes.

2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, crushed walnuts, melted butter, and milk. Mix well. Pour the batter into greased ramekins.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients and then mix them into the batter. Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
  • While the cake is air frying, in a small bowl, mix the milk and powdered sugar, and then let the cakes cool for a couple of minutes, and then drizzle the icing over the cakes.

100 g Squares of Chocolate
100 g Squares of Chocolate (broken)
1 Tsp Butter (heaped)
1 Tsp Honey
1 Tsp Greek Yoghurt
1 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence (optional)
1 Tsp Cocoa Powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Into two ramekins add squares of chocolate along with your butter and honey.
  • Place in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes at 120c/250f to melt the chocolate.
  • Stir and add in Greek yoghurt. It will now be lovely and creamy. Then add in your second lot of chocolate which will be crushed. Stir well.
  • Add in self raising flour and cocoa powder or vanilla if you are using it. Stir well.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f and enjoy!
