EASY AIR FRYER COOKIE
A fresh baked chocolate chip keto cookie ready in 10 minutes thanks to the air fryer.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a medium sized mixing bowl until fully incorporated and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut out a piece of parchment paper to line the bottom of the air fryer and then fold the chocolate chips into the dough.
- Pre-heat your air fryer to 350°F for 2 minutes (without the parchment paper).
- Place the dough onto the parchment paper and spread using a spatula to 1/4 inch thickness or place another sheet of parchment paper on top and roll out.
- Remove the air fryer basket and place the parchment paper in the preheated air fryer.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes. Air fryer cooking times vary highly so it's safe to keep an eye on it starting at 4 minutes. It will be browned and cooked through.
- Remove parchment paper from air fryer to a plate and serve immediately.

This is a chocolate cake I make in my air fryer, I like to use a ring tin as it makes the cooking time even shorter, perfect for a couple or small family. Top with icing sugar.

- Preheat an air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). Spray a small fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
- Beat sugar and butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until light and creamy. Add egg and jam; mix until combined. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix thoroughly. Pour batter into the prepared pan. Level the surface of the batter with the back of a spoon.
- Place pan in the air fryer basket. Cook until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out cleanly, about 15 minutes.

- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl well.
- Airfry for 18 minutes at 375F / 180C.

- In a small bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, crushed walnuts, melted butter, and milk. Mix well. Pour the batter into greased ramekins.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon swirl ingredients and then mix them into the batter. Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket, set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
- While the cake is air frying, in a small bowl, mix the milk and powdered sugar, and then let the cakes cool for a couple of minutes, and then drizzle the icing over the cakes.

- Into two ramekins add squares of chocolate along with your butter and honey.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes at 120c/250f to melt the chocolate.
- Stir and add in Greek yoghurt. It will now be lovely and creamy. Then add in your second lot of chocolate which will be crushed. Stir well.
- Add in self raising flour and cocoa powder or vanilla if you are using it. Stir well.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f and enjoy!
