AIR FRYER PIZZA
Updated to fix the undercooked crust issue that many people had! Step aside frozen pizza, there's a new guy in town. We're talking about the Air Fryer Pizza! Perfectly crispy, easy to make, personal pan pizzas that are about to revolutionize pizza night.

Steps:
- Prep: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray air fryer basket well with oil. Pat mozzarella dry with paper towels (to prevent a soggy pizza).
- Cook Crust: Roll out pizza dough to the size of your air fryer basket. Carefully transfer it to the air fryer, then brush lightly with a teaspoon or so of olive oil. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Assemble: To the precooked crust, spoon on a light layer of tomato sauce and sprinkle with chunks of buffalo mozzarella.
- Bake: For about 7 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese has melted. Optionally top with basil, grated parmesan, and pepper flakes just before serving.

Steps:
- Cut dough into 4-equal pieces. Roll and stretch one piece of the pizza dough into a 6-inch round. Lay the dough round in the air fryer, and brush with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Spread 1/4 cup of pizza sauce on top of dough. Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese on top of sauce. Arrange toppings over cheese.
- Cook at 350ºF for 8 minutes.
- Transfer pizza to a plate and serve immediately.
- Repeat with remaining dough pieces.

- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Cut a shallow slice lengthwise down each chicken breast. Fold chicken breasts in half and cut 2 more shallow slices horizontally. The pocket will resemble an upside down "T".
- Rub each chicken breast with 1 teaspoon oil and season with Italian seasoning and garlic salt.
- Stuff each chicken breast with 1/2 of the fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, onion, and pizza sauce. Transfer to the air fryer basket.
- Air fry until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 18 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

- In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper. Add the chicken drumsticks and turn to coat, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the flour, remaining teaspoon of salt, remaining teaspoon of pepper, the paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
- Remove a drumstick from the marinade and coat in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the chicken in the eggs, then back into the flour. Repeat with the remaining drumsticks.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200˚C). Spray the basket with nonstick spray.
- Set 2 drumsticks in the air fryer, making sure they aren't touching, and cook until light golden, 12 minutes. Flip the chicken over and continue cooking until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 12 minutes more. If you see any dry, floury spots showing, spray with cooking spray and cook for 1 more minute. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Serve with hot honey.
