A sweet and deliciously fruity fall cocktail warmed with cinnamon and caramel.

Steps:
- Add the chopped apples to a large (1 gallon or larger) pitcher or drink dispenser. Pour in the vodka, caramel sauce, white wine, and apple cider. Place in fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Right before serving, stir and add cinnamon sticks and club soda.
- Serve over ice with additional cinnamon stick for garnish.

Steps:
- Slice the apples and oranges.
- Add all of the ingredients into a pitcher, including the slices and a sprig of thyme. Give it a good stir.
- Let the sangria sit in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. Get a couple pieces of fruit in each glass as well.
- Garish with thyme and a cinnamon stick.
