This is a mouthwatering vodka shot that tastes just like Mom's apple pie. Put entire shot in your mouth and swish back and forth a few times before swallowing.

- In a 2 ounce shot glass, combine vodka and apple cider. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.

A good friend had served this at one of their outings and it tasted just like a bite of apple pie! This is her version!

Steps:
- Combine apple cider, apple juice and cinnamon sticks in a large pot.
- Let mixture boil until cinnamon sticks start to unroll. (about 1 hour).
- Let the mixture completely cool and remove cinnamon sticks.
- Add everclear.
- Pour mixture in whatever size bottles you choose. I throw a cinnamon stick in the bottle as well.
- This can be serve chilled or warm.

- This drink requires at least 2 people. Drinker sits in a chair, head back, mouth open. Person 2 pours the apple juice, then the vodka in the drinker's mouth (drinker must be VERY careful to keep his/her throat closed). Then person 2 sprays some in whipped cream and tops with a SMALL amount of cinnamon (too much will make drinker sneeze and possible other not-so-fun things). Drinker sits up, swishes all ingredients together and swallows.
