2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large potatoes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 sliced green pepper
1 sliced onion
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  • Place sliced potatoes on bottom of baking dish.
  • Combine garlic,lemon,wine,oil,and pour over fish.
  • Arrange green peppers and onions over the fish.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 F until fish is flaky.
