1 teaspoon sugar
16 mini sweet rolls
Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Line a hot grill with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
  • Coat the chicken breasts with the oil and season on all sides with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts directly on the hot grill lined with foil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until grill marks have formed.
  • Transfer the chicken in a slow cooker lined with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner and pour in water and BBQ sauce and cook on high heat for 3 hours or low heat for 5 hours.
  • Pull the chicken apart using two forks until it is shredded and keep warm.
  • Mix together the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt and pepper until combined.
  • Serve the pulled chicken on sweet rolls and top off with some creamy coleslaw.

3 cups shredded cooked chicken
⅓ cup barbecue sauce
½ red onion, thinly sliced
6 slices pepper jack cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) rimmed baking dish. Spread the chicken evenly over the rolls, followed by the barbecue sauce, red onion, Pepper Jack cheese, and parsley. Top with the remaining rolls.

1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon bourbon
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

8 slider buns, split
1-1/2 cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat broiler. In a large saucepan, mix first 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until slightly thickened, 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken; heat through., Place buns on a baking sheet, cut side up. Broil 3-4 in. from heat until lightly toasted, 30-60 seconds., Remove tops of buns from baking sheet. 1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
16 Hawaiian sweet rolls, split
Optional: Lettuce leaves, sliced plum tomatoes and red onion

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix beef and sausage lightly but thoroughly. Shape into sixteen 1/2-in.-thick patties., Grill patties, covered, over medium heat or broil 4-5 in. from heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 3-4 minutes on each side. 2 pounds ground turkey
Water
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
16 potato rolls, split in 1/2

Steps:

  • Add the turkey to a large bowl along with 1/4 cup water. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and mix to combine. Mold the turkey into 16 even-size slider patties. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large griddle pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Be sure to not move them until they are ready to flip when brown on the first side.
  • Heat remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a large saute pan. Add the onions and caramelize over medium heat, adding water as needed, to deglaze the pan. Add the BBQ sauce to the onions when they are mostly caramelized and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Top each potato roll bottom with a turkey patty and spoon some of the BBQ caramelized onions over the top. Cover with the roll tops and enjoy!
  • Cook' Note: Don't buy extra-lean turkey.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place a baking rack sprayed with nonstick cooking spray onto a foil-lined baking pan.
  • Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute for about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
