FRENCH ONION MEATLOAF
Moist and delicious French onion meatloaf. Meatloaf meets chopped steak with gravy. Still quite good without the sauce on top.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine ground beef, condensed French onion soup, bread crumbs, oats, beaten egg, dried parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Pack into a loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.

BEEFY FRENCH ONION LOAF

Steps:
- Spray board or counter top with non-stick cooking spray. Roll loaf or combined dinner rolls into a 12x16-inch rectangle. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest. In a skillet, saute onion in butter over medium low heat 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove onion with slotted spoon and set aside. Cut beef into thin strips and add to skillet. Increase heat to medium. Cook and stir until browned. Return onion to skillet. Stir in flour, sugar, oregano, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Add broth and cook and stir for 6-8 minutes or until liquid has evaporated. Remove plastic wrap from dough. Spread beef mixture evenly over middle third of dough going lengthwise. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and Parmesan cheese. Fold sides over meat mixture. Tuck ends under. Place on a large sprayed baking sheet. Make several 1/4-inch deep cuts on top of loaf. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 30-35 minutes. Serve warm with beef gravy, if desired.

BEEFY MEATLOAF
I put a spin on good old fashioned meatloaf with ketsup by using BBQ sauce and Lipton Onion Soup mix...mmmm...beefy, juicy and delicous! The fam loved it!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease a caserole dish or loaf pan, I use a round glass caserole dish for mine.
- Mix beef and all other ingredients, except the BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
- Transfer to the pan and top with the BBQ sauce.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
