CHEESY PANEER BHURJI TAQUITOS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Mix paneer with veggies.
- Add oil to a heavy bottom pan and once heated, add cumin seeds. Let splutter. Then, add a pinch of asafetida.
- Now add onions. Let them cook until they turn golden.
- Add ginger-garlic and green chili pastes. Let them also turn golden brown.
- Now, add the tomatoes and bell peppers along with all the spices. Cook them until the oil separates a little bit.
- Add the crumbled/shredded paneer. Mix everything well. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rotis, naan, or basmati rice.

- On medium heat, saute chopped onions, green chilies, and salt in oil. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well for a minute.
- Add chopped bell pepper and cook until soft.
- To this, add the crumbled paneer and cook until paneer is soft.
- Add chopped coriander, season with salt, and serve alongside roti, paratha, or naan.

Steps:
- Heat ghee in a large pan, add cubed paneer and saute for 2 minutes.
- Remove the paneer from the heat and place paneer in warm water for 3 minutes, drain and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add the ginger-garlic paste and chili paste and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and combine.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and cook till they turn slightly soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and stir well to combine and cook for 7 minutes, with lid. Add the paneer cubes and toss the contents well and cook for 5 minutes. Add garam masala powder and kasuri methi and combine.
- Finally, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan bread.
