- Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
- In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except Bisquick and nuts; stir until blended. Stir in Bisquick and nuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake banana bread for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes Loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove to wire rack to cool completely.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- Stir bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in Bisquick mix and nuts. Pour into pan.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan and place top side up on wire rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours, before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room temperature up to 4 days, or refrigerate up to 10 days.

- Preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each tin 2/3 full. Top with a cinnamon-sugar mixture before baking, if desired.

BANANA BISQUICK MUFFINS
My son loves these muffins with the (optional)chocolate chips added. My daughter likes me to add raspberries to hers instead, so I just pop some whole berries into the muffin cup as I drizzle the batter in. They are very fast to put together which is always a good thing. This is from TOH.

Steps:
- 1. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin, and preheat oven to 400°F. Mash bananas and pineapple together with mixer. Add in rest of ingredients EXCEPT NUTS and mix at medium speed for 30 seconds.
- 2. Divide batter evenly between 12 muffin cups. Top each muffin with a teaspoon or so of chopped nuts. Bake at 400°F for 22-25 minutes, until tops are lightly browned and spring back when touched. Cool 5 minutes in muffin tin, then turn out onto serving dish.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir in the Bisquick mix and nuts. Pour the mixture into the greased pan.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. To check for doneness, stick a toothpick into the center of the bread. You'll know it's done when the toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- To remove the bread from the pan, loosen the sides with a knife. Flip the pan over to release the bread. Place on a wire rack, top side up, and cool for 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!

I have had this recipe for years - literally! I am not sure if it was from the back of a box ,a Bisquick recipe book or from a friend. I just know it is so good :) This recipe makes 16 muffins or 1 loaf of banana bread. You can add nuts, raisins, applesauce, or whatever you desire (not included in the nutrition counter).

- Line muffin tins with paper cupcake liners, enough for 16 muffins
- OR
- Grease and lightly flour 1 loaf pan
- In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined
- Fill each of the muffin tins until approx 3/4 full
- OR
- All of the batter into the loaf pan
- Bake the muffins for 40 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean
- OR
- Bake the loaf for 60 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan then transfer to cooling racks
- Yummy warm or the next day
- Freezes well

- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan or line with paper or silicon liners. Recipe makes 12 regular-size or 6 jumbo muffins.
- 2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl. Stir in applesauce, egg, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well mixed. Mix in Bisquick, then oats, until mixture is uniform. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
- 3. In a small mixing bowl, cut together oats, sugar, and butter for topping until it's like small crumbs. Divide evenly on top of muffins. Finally, sprinkle tops with chopped nuts if desired.
- 4. Bake muffins for 24 - 28 minutes (for jumbo muffins; less time for regular-size) until done. Test with toothpick or cake tester. Cool on rack 10 minutes, then remove from pan and complete cooling.
