- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spray a 7x9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine strawberries, 1 cup white sugar, blueberries, and 1 tablespoon water in a saucepan over low heat; cook and stir until mixture is syrupy but berries are still intact, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in red wine slowly. Add lemon juice; cook until flavors combine, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool, about 10 minutes.
- Pour remaining 1/2 cup sugar into a large pot of water; bring to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain.
- Spread 1/3 of the berry mixture in the bottom of the prepared pan. Cover with noodles. Dust noodles with confectioners' sugar. Repeat layers with remaining berry mixture, noodles, and confectioners' sugar. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking until noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar. Let cool, about 10 minutes. Cut into slices.

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan and set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, lime juice, lime zest and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the Greek yogurt, stirring gently. Fold in the blueberries. Do not over mix.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. At the 20 minute mark, turn the oven down to 350°F. Bake for an additional 30 to 40 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove to wire rack.

BLUEBERRY-BASIL LIMEADE

- Place the sugar, basil sprigs and 1 cup of water into a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring every so often, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Discard the basil and pour the syrup into a pitcher. Stir in the lime juice and 4 cups of cold water. Add the blueberries and chill for at least 4 hours or until ready to serve.
- To serve, put some ice in a glass, pour over the limeade and garnish with basil leaves. To make into a cocktail, add ice to a rocks glass and top with 1 1/2 ounces gin. Top off with the limeade and garnish with basil.
BLUEBERRY LIME MOLD
This is one great tasting salad I enjoy making one time a year: when the blueberries are in season. It's pretty much the only thing I make with blueberries, since they are expensive. A pretty colored salad! This is a great salad to have for the 4th of July.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gelatin mix, sugar, lime juice, and boiling water for one minute, or until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Cover, and chill for one hour, or until slightly thickened.
- When the gelatin mixture is thick, whip with a whisk or electric mixer until light in color, and double in volume. Whisk in whipped topping, and fold in blueberries.
