If you add the melted butter to cook the corn, the butter might burn. That's why we suggest using light spray of oil first, then add the butter right before eating. That way, you can taste the butter more!We start with fresh corn and haven't tried frozen corn on the cob. If you want to cook them from frozen, it might take the same amount of time.

2 fresh ears of corn (, shucked and cleaned)
salt (, to taste)
black pepper (, to taste)
oil spray or olive oil
2 tablespoons butter ( for spreading)

Steps:

  • Remove leaves and silk from the corn. Cut end of corn to fit air fryer basket. If needed for smaller air fryer, cut the corn in half.
  • Coat all sides of the corn with oil spray or olive oil. Season with salt and pepper around the whole corn.
  • Air Fry at 370°F for 12-16 minutes, flipping half way. Cook until kernels are tender and lightly browned. (Cooking time will depend on size of corn, how full air fryer basket is, & different models/sizes of air fryers).
  • Spread butter on the corn along with additional salt, pepper or your favorite seasonings, if needed. Enjoy!

Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is a super simple side dish or snack. These buttery corn cobs cook in just 15 minutes in foil and the kernels are so tender and sweet. You'll never want to cook corn any other way again!

3 Ears of Corn
3 teaspoon Butter

Steps:

  • Shuck the corn and place each ear of corn in a piece of aluminium foil. Place a teaspoon of butter in the centre of each ear, then wrap tightly with the foil.
  • Place ears in the air fryer basket, then cook on 200C / 390F for 10 minutes. Flip the ears over and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until kernels are tender.
  • Remove the ears from the air fryer basket but keep covered in foil for at least 5 minutes before uncovering and serving.

16 ounces Frozen Corn Kernels
4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter - sliced
Salt/Pepper - to taste
Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped

Steps:

  • Place frozen corn into oven safe pan (I use a metal cake pan). Top with butter, salt and pepper.
  • Air fry at 400ºF for 5 minutes. Stir and air fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Add chopped parsley. Stir and serve.
