LOW CARB CHEDDAR BISCUITS
These cheddar biscuits are a low carb version of the ones you get in Red Lobster! Cheesy, buttery, and delicious! Keto, LCHF and gluten free recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Use a large spoon or cookie dough scoop to portion out 10 biscuits, and place them on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are cooked through.
- Transfer them to a serving bowl or platter, and pour the melted butter over the top.
- Sprinkle some finely chopped fresh parsley over the biscuits, then serve.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare a muffin tin by misting lightly with oil or cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the almond meal, garlic powder and baking powder.
- Add in the eggs, greek yogurt, melted butter and cheddar cheese. Combine with a whisk until its combined and no lumps appear.
- Pour about 2 Tbsp of the batter into each muffin cup.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for about 11-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled, store leftovers in sealed container in fridge. Could also be frozen. To make crispy again, re-heat in the oven.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pepper.
- Cut in butter a piece at a time until mixture looks like large crumbs.
- Add buttermilk and cheese. Mix until combined, flouring your hands as needed, until it sticks together. If it is too sticky, add in some more flour, a little at a time.
- Do not over mix.
- Lightly flour a large work surface. Turn out the dough and flatten it to 1 in thickness.
- Cut out rounds with a floured 2 inch round cutter. Keep spacing as close together as possible. Put the rounds on a baking sheet.
- Collect any scraps, and, mixing as little as possible, flatten out to 1 in thickness again. Cut out any additional rounds you can.
- Do not over mix.
- Brush tops of biscuits with melted butter.
- Bake until they look golden brown,. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Rotate the sheet after about 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil, and grease.
- Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, and garlic powder.
- Add coconut flour and baking powder and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Fold in cheese.
- Drop batter by the 1.5 oz (ice cream) scoop onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Let cool in pan for 5-10 minutes before removing and serving. Make sure that biscuits are completely cool before storage or they won't stay crisp.

- In a medium sized mixing bowl, add your flour, egg white protein powder, baking powder, salt and garlic. Mix together with a fork or whisk until everything is well mixed and evenly distributed.
- Next take your chilled cream cheese and cut it into cubes. Using a pastry cutter cut in the cubes of cream cheese until you have a dry crumbly mixture.You can also do this in a food processor if you would prefer. I personally love working the dough with a pastry cutter, and mixing by hand. Either method brings the same result, and if you love using your food processor, then go ahead and use it!
- Once your cream cheese has been cut in, add the egg and mix again until just combined. Next mix in your cheddar cheese by hand until evenly distributed.
