CHOCOLATE COOKIE PIZZA
We are convinced almost anything is better in pizza-form, including dessert! This chocolate cookie pizza is one of our favorite ways to enjoy dessert-style pizza. Start with a homemade cookie crust, spread on a melted chocolate sauce, and top with your favorite sweet toppings, such as candy, shredded coconut and pecans. Customize your cookie pizza further by adding more of your favorite sweet treats to make your own decadent dessert masterpiece, or just stick to the basics and keep it simple. Start a new tradition and add this delicious cookie pizza to you next family pizza night.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350° F. In large bowl, mix 1/2 cup butter, the brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla and egg until well blended. Stir in flour and baking soda (dough will be stiff).
- Pat dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan or into 12-inch round on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool about 30 minutes.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, 2 tablespoons butter and milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, just until chocolate is melted; remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat with wire whisk until smooth, glossy and spreadable. (If not glossy, stir in a few drops hot water).
- Spread chocolate mixture over baked layer. Immediately sprinkle with pecans, candies and coconut; press lightly. Drizzle with melted baking bars. Let stand until set. Remove from pan if desired. Cut into wedges.

CHRISTINA'S COOKIE PIZZA
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Form the cookie dough into a flat disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of waxed paper into a 12 to 13-inch circle. Carefully transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, put frosting in a mixing bowl and gradually stir in red food coloring until it resembles tomato sauce. Put coconut in a bowl and add green food coloring until it's the color of basil.
- Lay the fruit roll-up out flat and use a 1 1/2-inch round cookie cutter to cut out "pepperoni" slices. Use the large holes of a grater to shred the marzipan into "mozzarella." Set toppings aside.
- Spread the frosting over the cookie, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the rim. Add a layer of fruit "pepperoni," then sprinkle with marzipan "mozzarella" and coconut "basil." Spread jelly rings around pizza. Slice into wedges with a pizza cutter and serve.

- Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press onto an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on pan on a wire rack., Coarsely chop large candies; set aside. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Spread over crust; top with candies. Refrigerate, covered, until chocolate mixture is set. Cut into wedges.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375.
- 2. Lightly grease 12 inch pizza pan or 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
- 3. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; Set aside.
- 4. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, sugars until creamy; Beat in egg and vanilla.
- 5. Gradually beat in flour mixture, then stir 1 cup chocolate morsels.
- 6. Using buttered wax paper, spread in prepared pan.
- 7. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned; Leave in pizza pan. (LEAVE ROOM FOR THE DOUGH TO EXPAND UP THE SIDES OF THE PAN.)
- 8. Immediately sprinkle remaining one cup morsels over crust; Let stand five minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny.
- 9. Gently spread chocolate over crust; Let set.
- 10. After cookie dough has cooled, pizza may have to refrigerated for 30 minutes for chocolate to set.
- 11. Optional Ingredients: If wanted, when pizza cookie comes out of the oven sprinkle one cup morsels on hot crust; drop peanut butter by spoonfuls on morsels.
- 12. Let stand 5 minutes or until morsels become soft and shiny.
- 13. Gently spread chocolate and peanut butter evenly over crust.
- 14. Quickly sprinkle the pizza with chopped candy.
- 15. After cookie dough has cooled, pizza may have to be refrigerated for 30 minutes for topping to set.
COOKIE-CANDY PIZZA

Steps:
- Preheat pizza stone in oven at 500°F.
- Warm water for 20 seconds in microwave.
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; allow to rest for 8 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine flour, salt and Italian seasoning.
- Pour yeast over flour mixture and mix well with a heavy spoon.
- Add 1 tbsp flour if needed.
- Turn dough on to a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.
- Dust more flour on surface if needed .
- Using a rolling pin, roll dough into a 12" circle of even thickness (about 1/4") flipping over to roll each side (don't press too hard when rolling or dough may stick to surface).
- Cut off any excess edges to make a neat circle.
- Palm down, slide your hands under dough and lifting carefully place on to a hot pizza stone.
- Bake at 500°F for 4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings (don't go too crazy with the toppings, a little goes a long way).
- Return to oven for 6-8 minutes.
- Helpful hint: Top pizza in this order to prevent the crust from getting soggy:.
