Make your very own Starbucks Caramel Frappuccino with just a few ingredients! With just coffee, milk, ice, sugar, vanilla extract, and xantham gum, you can have this copycat caramel frappuccino!

- Make 1 cup of strong brewed coffee. You can also use a Starbucks K-Cup or your preferred coffee brand.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Put ice, cooled coffee, half & half, caramel sauce, sugar, xanthan gum and vanilla into a blender. Mix on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Ghiradelli and Torani caramel sauce are two of my favorites. But Hershey's Classic Caramel Sundae syrup also works really well.

- Place ground coffee in the coffee filter of a drip coffeemaker. Add water; brew according to manufacturer's directions. Refrigerate until cold. In a blender, combine cold coffee, sugar, caramel topping and ice cubes; process until smooth. Add milk and pulse to combine. Pour into glasses. If desired, top with whipped cream and additional caramel topping.
